只要 + (sufficient) condition，(S) + 就 + result
只要…就… states a SUFFICIENT condition: as long as A holds, B follows. The second clause uses 就 (after its subject), never 才. Don't confuse it with 只有…才… (the ONLY, necessary condition): 只要努力就能成功 stresses that success is easy to reach, while 只有努力才能成功 stresses there is no other way. HSK often contrasts the two pairs, so check whether the second clause has 就 or 才.
