无论/不管 + question word / A还是B / A不A / 多么 + Adj，S + 都/也 + V
无论/不管…都… says the result is the same in every case. What follows 无论/不管 must express a range of possibilities: a question word (什么, 谁, 怎么, 多…), A还是B, or A不A. The classic error is *无论下雨，我都去 — it must be 无论下不下雨. 不管 is more colloquial, 无论 more formal. Unlike 即使, which raises ONE hypothesis, 无论 covers ALL cases.
