就算 + hypothesis，(S) + 也 + unchanged result
就算…也… means the same as 即使…也… but is more colloquial: 就算你不说，我也知道. The first clause is a hypothesis (often the worst case), and the second insists the outcome won't change, showing determination. 就算 can come before or after the subject; the second clause uses 也 (not 就/才/所以). 哪怕…也… is similar.
